Q: Can I use the sim cards in USA or Europe?

A: Yes, when activated for roaming which is already is when we shipped the item then that service is available in USA and most of Europe. Just insert the SIM on your phone and you can immediately send and receive txt/sms mesages to Philippines.

Q: What kind of phone can I use with this sim card?

A: Any open GSM phone. What open phone means is that the phone is not tied to a specific provider. If you are planning to use it in the Philippines or other countries then you need to have a GSM world phone or a 900/1800 phone.

Q: How is the charge on receiving and sending txt/sms?

A: As of now receiving txt is free and sending is P25 per txt. But this prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Q: I'm planning to travel to the Philippines, can I use the sim card for the duration of my travel?

A: Yes, you can use this SIM for the duration of your visit, just deactivate the roaming feature by keying in "roam off" and send to 333 upon arrival & you will avail the local rates available in the Phil., just remember to bring a GSM 900/1800 phone or a world phone.

Q: How do I load credits on my sim card?

A: There are two ways to load credits: one is by a prepaid card. A pin number is provided which you input it in your sim card the other method is by eload. As of now we only sell eloads thru our store in ebay.com.

A: Without using or inactivity with your sim could cause your sim card to be deactivated. Also, after a period of time your credit loads expires. . Globe sim cards requires you to have a P500 credit always in order for its international roaming services be available.
